Gangga Island features an onsite, full-service PADI 5 Star Dive Center, offering comprehensive diving experiences with full-day trips and guided boat dives across more than 25 dive sites, including snorkeling excursions and the Bangka Archipelago. The qualified staff are SCUBA diving and safety experts, specializing in snorkeling activities, diving services, and instruction.

Gangga Island Dive Resort provides full-day dive trips tailored to your underwater needs. The resort operates three wooden boats specifically designed for diving activities and two boats dedicated to snorkeling. Additional facilities include a classroom, a library with extensive marine literature, toilets, washing sinks, drying facilities, and a dedicated camera station for underwater photography. Nitrox 32% is available free of charge to qualified divers.

Marine biologists from around the globe visit to study the diverse fauna found in the soft corals and reefs of this region. Photographers have an array of subjects to capture, including vibrant fish, blennies, pipefish, turtles, frogfish, nudibranchs, tuna, jacks, and octopuses. In the Gangga and Bangka Archipelago, divers can expect to see soft corals, blue-ringed octopuses, cuttlefish, and more. Guests also have the opportunity to explore the Bunaken National Marine Park, renowned for its eagle rays, jackfish, tuna, sharks, turtles, Napoleon wrasse, and barracudas. Additionally, the Lembeh Strait is famous for its wide variety of exotic, bizarre, and rare species.
